Before the event ceremony, the General Manager of the Human Resources Department read out the purpose of the event and the main content of the master apprentice contract. The contract includes the following main contents: firstly, it clarifies the responsibilities of the master and apprentice, determines the qualifications that the master should possess, such as strong professional, technical level or operational skills, certain management experience, professional work experience of no less than five years, and has obtained professional qualifications (such as construction engineer certificate, professional title certificate, five major personnel certificate, etc.); 2、 Evaluation rules for each position: (1) Position of data officer: Familiar with the relevant requirements for data preparation in the province or city where the construction is located. Proficient in operating Word and Excel software, with a typing speed of no less than 60 words/minute, accurate and clear description of construction content, timely and effective submission of materials, ensuring the timeliness of important documents such as economic visas, and managing them as important archives. The completion documents shall be approved by the general contractor, supervisor, owner, and relevant departments, and shall be archived and promptly submitted to relevant departments. (2) Budget officer position: Familiar with CAD software and budget software, familiar with engineering quantity calculation rules and reasonable application of quota sub items, basically consistent with project characteristics description, and proficient in calculating various rates. Capable of recognizing drawings and calculating engineering quantities based on them, with an accuracy rate of 92%~95%. Able to independently complete quotations for projects ranging from 3 million to 5 million yuan, with an error of no more than ± 5% compared to the company's assessment base quotation. (3) Designer position: Familiar with relevant national design specifications and mandatory standards, proficient in the operation of various commands, able to complete construction drawing production according to project requirements within the required time, striving for accurate drawing and on-site dimensions, and clear drawing markings, The elevation is accurate, and the materials are marked in place to ensure that the plan, elevation, and node drawings are consistent. (4) Construction worker position: Conduct construction management in accordance with the requirements of national building decoration construction standards. Familiar with construction drawings, familiar with on-site construction layout, proficient in construction processes, able to arrange the daily working procedures of each construction team according to the overall project schedule, independently complete construction technology and safety production disclosure, communicate with each construction team in advance on various construction points, and ensure timely inspection according to standards, notification of construction team rectification according to standard requirements, and acceptance according to specifications, Be able to ensure that the responsible construction parts are implemented according to the schedule requirements of the project department until they meet the standards. Skilled in stone layout, able to prepare a construction plan, construction schedule, labor plan, material plan for a specific construction unit, able to preliminarily review the content of on-site construction visa, communicate smoothly with relevant units such as Party A, and handle problems during the simple construction process. Cooperate with the project manager to carry out other on-site tasks. At the same time, the contract also provides a evaluation model that combines practical and theoretical exams for the assessment conditions for becoming a regular employee. After the one-year probationary period ends, those who pass the assessment and meet the conditions will be transferred to a regular employee in a timely manner.
