Jiangsu Dihao Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (Dihao) was founded in 1994. It is a director unit of China Building Decoration Association, a chairman unit of China Specialized Committee for National Architecture Decoration, a managing director unit of Jiangsu Decoration Association, a vice-chairman unit directly under Nantong Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), standing vice-chairman unit of Nantong Decoration Industry Association (Chamber of Commerce), and a vice-chairman and secretary-general unit of Nantong Chamber of Commerce for Young Private Entrepreneurs. Currently, Dihao has 380 management personnel and over 1,000 construction personnel. The annual construction output value exceeds RMB 1 billion. The company was listed on the Tianjin Equity Exchange on December 28, 2012. Subsidiaries under Dihao include Jindu Jinding Grand Hotel Rugao (Five-star), Jiangsu Dihao Wood Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Dihao Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Dihao Anju Decoration Co., Ltd., Shanghai Weijue Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dihao International Design Center. Besides, the company also has set up Shanghai branch, Dalian branch, Hainan branch and branches in Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Anhui, Xuzhou, Shandong, etc. and has kept long-term stable cooperation relations with more than 300 decorative material suppliers.
